Eid Ul-Fitr: Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated across the country, Prime Minister Modi and President Murmu congratulated

The holy festival of Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated with full enthusiasm and happiness in India on Saturday (21 March 2026). It is considered to be the biggest and important festival of Islam, which is celebrated at the end of the month of Ramadan. On this occasion, Narendra Modi congratulated the countrymen. He wrote on social media platform

Draupadi Murmu also congratulated the countrymen on Eid. In his message, he said that this festival teaches the spirit of self-control, service, charity and compassion towards the needy people. He appealed to the people to take a pledge to strengthen the society and the country.

Mayawati’s special message on the occasion of Eid

Apart from this, Mayawati also congratulated all the Muslims on Eid. He said that this festival, which comes after fasting and prayer throughout the month of Ramadan, brings a message of happiness. In her message, Mayawati also mentioned the Constitution made by BR Ambedkar and said that all people have the right to live a good life. He appealed to maintain brotherhood, peace and mutual harmony in the country. Today people across the country are offering Namaz, hugging each other and wishing Eid and celebrating this happy occasion with family and society.
