From Ranveer Singh becoming ‘Hamza’ to becoming ‘King of Lyari’, these are the hints from the teaser of ‘Dhurandhar’

Tuesday became a special day for Ranveer Singh’s fans because the teaser of his upcoming film ‘Dhurandhar – The Revenge’ has come out. Seeing the level of action and suspense that the first part had shown in the teaser, it is clear that this time the matter is going to be even heavier. While sharing the teaser on social media, Ranveer himself has written that ‘This is the new Hindustan… Will enter the house and will also kill’ and from here the whole atmosphere is set.

Hamza’s incomplete story will now come to light
The teaser starts with some unsettling scenes that take you straight into the dark part of the story. After this, Ranveer Singh makes a powerful entry and from here it becomes clear that this time the story will not be limited to just one mission. In Dhurandhar 2, Hamza’s past will be shown which was only touched upon in the first part. Who is Hamza’s family and where is it?, how was his training?, how did Hamza reach jail and how was his complete preparation before going to Pakistan? Everything is going to be revealed openly this time.

Hamza became the leader of Baloch
A big point in the teaser is also shown that how Hamza becomes the leader of Baloch after killing the dacoit Rehman. The same viral location where Akshay Khanna’s scene was in discussion earlier, Hamza’s coronation has been shown. This time Ranveer’s character looks more dangerous and ruthless than before, which makes the story more intense.

Akshay Khanna is missing from the teaser
Glimpses of Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and R Madhavan are also shown in the teaser which further strengthens the star power of the film. However, one thing that caught everyone’s attention is that this time Akshay Khanna is completely missing from the teaser. Suspense has been deliberately left in the last few seconds so that questions remain in people’s minds and the curiosity about the film increases further.

Bumper success of the first part, even bigger expectations from Part 2
It is also worth noting that the first part of Dhurandhar has been released in December 2025 and has made record breaking earnings. That film, made with a budget of Rs 350 crore, had earned more than Rs 1400 crore and had also achieved a strong rating of 8.5 on IMDB. Now it is being said about Dhurandhar 2 that its budget did not increase much because many scenes had already been shot. On top of that, the digital rights have been sold to Hotstar instead of Netflix.
