In the information given to the exchange, the company said that during the quarter, the company’s standalone profit has fallen by 57.6 percent to Rs 1729.13 crore. The company had registered a profit of Rs 4084.24 crore in this quarter a year ago. In the information given to the exchange, the company said that the company’s income during the quarter stood at Rs 35,302.76 crore, which is a decline of 4.42 percent from Rs 36937.05 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

In an exchange filing, GAIL said the interim dividend will be paid as per the decided record date. According to the company, the record date has been set as Thursday, February 5, 2026, on the basis of which the interim dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders.
