Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed happiness over the victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the District Panchayat elections 2025 in Goa. He has thanked the people of Goa for this victory. He said that I thank all my sisters and brothers of Goa for the strong support given to the BJP-MGP (NDA) family in the District Panchayat elections.

He said, ‘We are committed to realizing the dreams and aspirations of the people of this beautiful state. Our hardworking NDA workers have done commendable work at the grassroots level, as a result of which this result has been achieved.
BJP number one in Goa- CM Pramod Sawant
Earlier, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said on social media platform X, ‘BJP is number one in Goa. Goa, thank you for reposing faith in BJP and giving us a resounding victory.
He said that hearty congratulations to all the newly elected District Panchayat members of BJP-MGP (NDA) alliance. This strong mandate reflects the public’s confidence in the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the double engine government running under the guidance of BJP National President JP Nadda and BJP National Working President Nitin Nabin. At the same time, our shared commitment towards grassroots level empowerment and people-centric governance is also proof of this.
