In connection with the fire incident at Birch by Romeo Lane restaurant in Goa, restaurant owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra have been sent on transit remand for 2 days. Patiala Court heard the case and gave its verdict. Goa Police had demanded three days’ remand of the alleged accused.
After detaining the Luthra brothers who were deported in New Delhi and getting transit remand, Goa Police is bringing both the accused to Goa. The accused along with the police team are expected to reach Goa by tomorrow morning.
