‘Have some shame…’, Pakistan team is worse than Zimbabwe, former cricketer exposed

Pakistan cricket team is at its lowest level. In the recent ODI series, Bangladesh created a big upset by defeating Pakistan team 2-1. But in the eyes of former cricketer Ahmed Shehzad, this is not a reversal because according to him, Pakistan is now becoming an associate team. In the third ODI match played on Sunday, Pakistan team could not achieve the target of 290 runs.

Ahmed Shehzad has blamed this poor performance on ODI captain Shaheen Afridi and coach Mike Hesson. Along with this, he also targeted the entire management and said that instead of emphasizing on the real issues, everyone is busy making excuses.

On his YouTube channel, Ahmed Shehzad said that no changes were made in the team after the disappointing performance of the T20 World Cup. Taking aim at the management, he said that suddenly the youth were brought into the team, now if they lose the series then they are citing the reason for the defeat as giving opportunity to the youth in the team. He said that no one is ready to accept his mistake.

Pakistan is becoming an associate team

Ahmed Shahzad raised questions on the level of Pakistan team in international cricket and said, “Pakistan is becoming an associate team. Now people have started seeing Pakistan at the level of Zimbabwe. You all must have seen how we were out of the World Cup because of the net run rate. Have some shame.”

Let us remind you that Pakistan was eliminated in the Super-8 stage of T20 World Cup 2026 itself. This was the fourth consecutive ICC event when the Pakistan team could not even reach the semi-finals. Talking about the recent series, Salman Aga played a fighting innings of 106 runs in the third ODI match, but could not ensure the victory of his team.
