HCL Tech had announced its results for the second quarter of FY26 after the market closed on October 13 at around 5.30 pm. Therefore, it is expected that the IT company may announce its Q3FY26 results on Monday, January 12, 2026, around the same time.

Along with the quarterly results, HCL Tech said in an exchange filing that the company’s board of directors may also consider payment of a fourth interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 in its meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, January 12, 2026.
