Heartbreaking accident in Bengaluru, 17 year old child drove car at a speed of 160, 7 died in the accident.

Speeding took away seven lives in Bengaluru rural district in the early hours of Friday. An SUV running at a speed of 150-160 km per hour first hit the bike and then collided with a truck. Within a few minutes after this collision, many vehicles collided with each other on the road. Seven people including six students died in the accident. According to the police, the teenager driving the car had lost control due to high speed.

160 speed and uncontrolled SUV
The accident occurred near Kambalipura Gate in Hoskote taluk between 4:15 and 4:30 am. According to the police, 17 year old Aayan was driving the XUV700 going from Hoskote towards Devanahalli. It is being told that the speed of the vehicle was 150-160 km per hour, whereas the limit on the road is 100 km per hour. Due to the high speed, the vehicle first collided with the bike rider Gagan and then rammed into the moving truck from behind.

The collision was so strong that the bike rider Gagan (26) died on the spot. Six students traveling in the SUV also lost their lives. The deceased have been identified as Ahram Sharif (16), Ashwin Nair (17), Ethan George (17), Ayaan Ali (17), Bharat (17) and Mohammad Farhan Shaikh (18). According to the police officer, the SUV was so badly damaged that it was difficult to identify it.

The truck overturned and then hit another car.
Due to the strong collision, the rear part of the truck broke and the truck went off the road and overturned on the service road. Truck driver Balasubramaniam (32) was injured, but his life was saved. About 15 minutes after the accident, a Brezza car going towards Bangalore Airport collided with the broken part of the truck lying on the road. Two people traveling in this car suffered minor injuries. The driver informed the police.

The car kept dragging for 150 meters
Bengaluru Rural SP Chandrakant MV said that after colliding with the truck, the SUV kept dragging for about 150 meters from the crash barrier and then stopped. The deceased students studied in different schools and colleges. Some were PU college students, while some were studying in class 10th. Gagan worked as a supervisor in a warehouse.

Investigation continues, search for footage
CCTV and speed radar are installed on the road, but clear footage of the accident could not be obtained immediately. The police is investigating the matter. In the initial investigation, high speed is being considered as the main reason for the accident.
