Hyderabad Crime News: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Borabanda area of Hyderabad, Telangana, where a man brutally murdered his wife on the basis of suspicion. The surprising thing is that after the murder, the accused peacefully came out of the house and posted a status on WhatsApp, in which he himself confessed to the crime. This incident took place in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar of Borabanda police station area.
According to the police, the accused has been identified as Anjaneyulu, who murdered his 34-year-old wife Saraswati. Both were originally residents of Vanaparthi district of Telangana and they got married in the year 2013. The couple also have two small children. Saraswati worked as a housekeeping supervisor in an IT company and was running the house with her earnings, while Anjaneyulu used to constantly doubt his wife and mentally harass her despite not working.
Brought home with the promise of change
Troubled by her husband’s behaviour, Saraswati had gone to her maternal home some time ago. On January 17, the accused brought his wife back home assuring her that he would change. But this confidence proved false. On Monday night, when Saraswati was sleeping, Anjaneyulu attacked her hard on the head with a rolling pin, due to which she died on the spot.
At the time of the incident, the children sleeping nearby woke up, but the accused pacified them by saying that their mother was sleeping and himself fled from the house. After some time, when the children saw their mother lying motionless and soaked in blood, they got scared and informed their maternal uncle Sudhakar. After this, information was given to the police through dial 100.
The accused posted WhatsApp status
The most shocking thing in this case is that after the murder, the accused posted a WhatsApp status in which it was written that he killed half of his life with his own hands. Police investigation has also revealed that the accused had earlier also attacked one of Saraswati’s brothers with a knife.
On the complaint of Saraswati’s brother Sudhakar, Borabanda police has registered a case of murder. At present the accused is absconding and the police say that he will be arrested soon. There is an atmosphere of anger and mourning in the area due to this incident.
