Telangana News: A shocking news has come out from Hyderabad, Telangana, here a 36 year old woman along with her boyfriend murdered her husband and police investigation has revealed that she had staged a drama that he was lying dead in the toilet. The deceased person was working as a logistics manager in a private university.
According to police investigation, 45-year-old Ashok of East Podupal, Vrindavan Colony was strangled to death by his wife Purnima and her associates. According to police investigation, a 22-year-old construction worker and another person, who had an illicit relationship with the woman, also helped in this incident.
Complaint of death due to heart attack
She told the family that her husband had died of a heart attack and tried to mislead them. To ensure that no one has any doubt, Purnima had also lodged a complaint at Medipalli Police Station. In it she had mentioned that her husband had fallen unconscious in the toilet and when he was taken to Malkajgiri Government Hospital, the doctors confirmed that he was already dead. The police had registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
3 people including wife arrested
When the police investigated, suspicious injury marks were found on many parts of the body including the neck and cheeks of the deceased. This raised many questions in the minds of the police. After this, the police collected footage and technical evidence from CCTV cameras installed around the deceased’s house and arrested 3 people including the deceased’s wife.
Murder of husband due to illicit relationship
Many shocking things came to light during the police investigation. According to her, husband Ashok suspected that Purnima was having an illicit affair and started harassing her by asking many questions. Because of this, the wife along with her boyfriend decided to kill her husband. Accordingly, when Ashok returned home on the 11th, the second and third accused entered the house and caught hold of him and beat him badly. The main accused’s wife Purnima held her husband’s legs tightly and helped him in beating him.
After this, the woman’s boyfriend strangled Ashok to death with a cloth kept in the house. After this, as per the plan, the wife changed her husband’s clothes and created an atmosphere as if he had died while taking a bath, as per the police report.
