Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Sunday (1 February 2026) once again warned America in a tough tone, which has created a stir in the Middle East. Responding to the threats of US President Donald Trump, Khamenei said that Iran is standing strong and will continue to stand strong. He said, ‘If Allah wills, he will end America’s mischief and oppression.’
The series of threats between Iran and America is in full swing
The series of threats is going on in full swing between Iran and America. On one hand, US President Donald Trump says that we are ready to deal with Iran in every way, but would prefer to resolve the matter through dialogue. On the other hand, Iran is also continuously saying that if America attacks it, a strong response will be given.

If America attacks, regional war will break out: Khamenei
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has threatened America for the second time in the last 12 hours. Earlier, Khamenei warned, ‘This time the war will not end easily. If America attacks, a regional war will break out. America should know that if you start a war, be prepared for it to become a regional war. We are not provocateurs and we do not want to attack any country, but Iran will hit hard any person or country that attacks or harasses it.

A day earlier, at a national event in Tehran, Army Chief Aamir Hatami stressed the preparedness of the Iranian army amid increasing tensions with America. He said, ‘Today, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is in full defense and military readiness and is closely monitoring enemy movements in the area. Our finger is on the trigger. He further said that if the enemy makes any mistake, it will undoubtedly jeopardize its own, Israel’s and the region’s security.
