Now in a recent leak it has been revealed that Apple has started preparations to make iPhone 20 special. This iPhone will come in a completely new look. It is expected to have ultra-slim bezels and curved design. Earlier this iPhone was said to have a full display front, but in the latest leak it has been revealed that it may have very thin bezels on its edges.
What is Apple preparing for iPhone 20?
According to tipster Schrdinger, iPhone 20 may have bezels of 1.1mm. It can be launched in a rounded form factor with a quad-curved design, due to which the frame will form an extended part of the display. The tipster has also claimed in his post that Apple is also testing Samsung’s under-display camera technology of this iPhone, but it is not satisfied with the image quality. In such a situation, a punch-hole cutout or a very small dynamic island for the front camera can be seen in the iPhone 20. The tipster has also expressed hope of finding Samsung’s Polar ID in it. However, none of these features has been confirmed by the company yet.
Haptic button can be found in iPhone 20
The iPhone 20 series is not going to be special only in terms of display. In the models of this series, solid-state buttons will be seen instead of physical buttons for power, volume, action and camera controls. These buttons will not move physically, but as soon as someone touches them, they will give feedback through haptic vibration. This will give the user the same feeling as pressing a button.
Apple will launch iPhone 18 Pro models this September
Apple will launch iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max models in September this year. According to the latest leak, both these models will have a smaller dynamic island compared to the old iPhone. The width of the dynamic island in iPhone 17 Pro Max is 20.76mm, which will reduce to 13.49mm in the upcoming model. For this, some parts of Face ID are being shifted under the display. Along with these models, Apple will also launch its first foldable iPhone.
