US President Donald Trump said that Iran now wants to talk after suffering heavy military losses. He also said that US and Israeli forces are continuously carrying out attacks targeting Tehran’s missile and drone capabilities.
At an event organized to honor 2025 MLS champion Inter Miami CF, Trump said that America and its allies are rapidly weakening Iran’s military strength. According to him, Iran has already started reaching out for talks. Trump said, ‘They are calling and asking how to make a compromise. I told him that now you have come a little late.
He said that the joint military operation is progressing faster than expected and has caused heavy losses to the Iranian army. Trump said, ‘The US military and our Israeli allies are working together to completely destroy the enemy’s forces ahead of schedule.’ He also claimed that Iran’s missile launch systems are destroyed within minutes of use. According to Trump, ‘As soon as they release the missile, within four minutes that launcher is targeted and destroyed.’
He said that Iran’s Navy also suffered heavy losses during this operation. Trump claimed that 24 Iranian ships were destroyed in three days. Trump also said that the US military has destroyed a large part of Iran’s air defense system and aviation capability. He said, ‘Their anti-aircraft weapons are gone so they have no air force, they have no air defense.’
According to Trump, about 60 percent of Iran’s missile systems and 64 percent of its launch infrastructure have already been destroyed. Despite military pressure, Trump said Washington is prepared for a different future for Iran if people within the country’s security system disengage from the current leadership.
He said, ‘I am once again appealing to all members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, military and police to lay down their arms.’ Trump also appealed to Iranian diplomats abroad to support political change within the country and leave the party. He said, ‘We also appeal to Iranian diplomats around the world to seek asylum and help us build a new and better Iran.’
The President said that those who cooperate will get immunity. He said, ‘You will be completely safe with full immunity, otherwise you will have complete guarantee of death.’ According to Trump, this military operation will have a positive impact on the entire region and the global energy market in the long run.
He said, ‘In the long run, our steps will increase stability in the region and will also have a positive impact on oil prices, stock market and other economic activities.’ This comment of Trump has come at a time when America and Israel have intensified military attacks against Iran. America alleges that Iran supports terrorist organizations and is trying to make nuclear weapons. Concern about this conflict has increased throughout the Middle East. Especially because many of the world’s important oil supply routes pass through this region, which can also affect global energy markets.
