Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on Saturday claimed to have shot down an Israeli F-16 fighter plane. This plane was passing over central Iran when it was attacked. Here, Israel says that during the operation the plane was hit by a surface-to-air missile. It has also been emphasized that there has been no loss of any kind.
These claims have come to light at a time when America and Israel jointly attacked Iran on 28 February. At present, there is a situation of war and instability in the entire area. War conditions persist throughout the Middle East. According to AFP news agency, the Guards said on their website Sepah News that an F-16 enemy fighter plane belonging to the Jewish regime was attacked at 3.45 am in central Iran.
What has Israel said on the whole matter?
Here, on this whole matter, the Israeli Army says that an operational activity is going on in Iran. During this, a surface-to-air missile was fired. There was no damage to the aircraft. However, whether these two claims are related to the same incident has not been confirmed.
Iranian media has released footage related to this incident. In one of the pictures, smoke is allegedly seen rising. Apart from this, one more aircraft was targeted. If reports are to be believed, the second aircraft has not been identified. Nor was it told whether he was from Israel or America.

This claim has been made a few days after Iran shot down F-35. Earlier, Iran had claimed to have shot down the American plane. Iran had claimed that the F-35 fighter plane had been shot down in the skies of central Iran. He has suffered serious damage. CNN had reported this citing two sources. An American F-35 aircraft which made an emergency landing at an American airport in the Middle East. Then he allegedly had to face attack from Iran. Now Iran says that an Israeli F-16 attacked. Israel has confirmed the missile attack. Also denied any kind of loss.
