ICC Released The Latest T20 International Rankings: ICC has released the latest rankings amid the high-voltage matches of Super-8 in the ICC T20 World Cup 2026, in which once again the tremendous dominance of Indian players has been seen. In the latest T20 International rankings released by ICC, Indian mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty has retained his position as the number-1 bowler, while South Africa’s Corbin Bosch and West Indies’ Matthew Ford have surprised everyone by taking a quantum leap.

Jasprit Bumrah took a long jump

Team India’s star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah had bowled lethally in the Super-8 match against South Africa in the T20 World Cup 2026. He has received a reward for this brilliant performance. By jumping 7 places in the ICC rankings, Bumrah has now become the eighth ranked T20 bowler in the world. The dominance of spinners is clearly visible in the latest T20 International bowling rankings, because 7 out of the top-10 players belong to spin bowling.

Team India’s mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty has retained his position as the number-1 bowler in the latest T20 International rankings released by ICC. Afghanistan captain Rashid Khan remains at the second position, while South Africa’s Corbin Bosch has jumped a record 21 places to reach the third position. Adil Rashid of England has slipped to fourth place and Abrar Ahmed of Pakistan has slipped two places to fifth place. Australia’s Adam Zampa has improved by two places to sixth place and West Indies’ Matthew Ford has jumped 23 places to seventh place. Mustafizur Rahman of Bangladesh has reached ninth position and Wanindu Hasaranga of Sri Lanka has reached tenth position with a loss of four places.

Abhishek Sharma still on number-1

Talking about batting in the latest ICC T20 International rankings, Team India’s star opener Abhishek Sharma has retained the position of number-1 batsman. Phil Salt of England has come second and Sahibzada Farhan of Pakistan has jumped two places to third place. Sri Lanka’s Pathum Nissanka is stuck at fourth position, while Indian wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan has climbed three places to fifth position. Team India captain Suryakumar Yadav is currently at sixth position. However, Tilak Verma has suffered the brunt of his poor form and has slipped three places to seventh position.
