Jindal Stainless Dividend 2026 Record Date
The record date for determining the eligibility of members for the purpose of payment has been fixed as January 29, 2026. “An interim dividend of 50% i.e. Rs 1 per equity share (face value of Rs 2 per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26 will be paid to those equity shareholders of the company whose names are recorded in the register of members of the company or in the records of the depository as on Thursday, January 29, 2026,” the company said in its exchange filing dated January 21.

Know how much the company’s consolidated net profit increased
In a statement, the company said it managed to maintain consistent momentum in the domestic market, supported by steady demand from key sectors such as automotive, decorative pipes and tubes, railways and metro, and white goods. Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) said increased focus on infrastructure expansion, efficient vertical transportation and strong transit network contributed to the growth.
Due to increased sales, Jindal Stainless reported 26 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 828 crore in December quarter FY26. Consolidated net revenue stood at Rs 10,518 crore, which is 6.2 percent higher year-on-year. EBITDA grew 16.6 per cent to Rs 1,408 crore in Q3FY26. Jindal Stainless’s annual turnover in FY25 was Rs 40,182 crore.

Shares of Jindal Stainless closed at Rs 750.10 today on BSE. While the minimum level of the company’s shares during a year was Rs 497, the maximum level was Rs 883.25. At this rate the company market cap is Rs 61,839.71 crore.
