Punjabi singer Karan Aujla is busy these days in the India leg of his ‘P-Pop Culture Tour’. He started this tour from Delhi on 28th February and now he is going to perform in Mumbai on 3rd March. On reaching Mumbai, Karan Aujla enjoyed an auto-rickshaw ride in the city. During this time, he himself paid the outstanding challans of the auto drivers, which were around Rs 22 thousand. Recently, Karan Aujla’s photographer Taran Sodhi shared a video, in which the singer was seen traveling in an auto-rickshaw in Mumbai. Meanwhile, the traffic police stopped the auto because some challans were already pending on it. As soon as he came to know about the situation, Karan Aujla asked his team to immediately pay all the outstanding fines, which amounted to around Rs 17 thousand.
Help other auto drivers too
After this, another auto driver came to Karan Aujla and also requested to pay his challan. Without any delay, Karan got his team to pay the fine of around Rs 5,000 for that driver. Seeing this, the driver’s happiness knew no bounds. At the same time, when she came to know that he was Karan Aujla, she hugged him.
Karan Aujla was heard saying in the video, ‘We were stopped because some challans from the auto driver were outstanding. We told the policeman that we would pay his fine. I like doing this. He also advised the auto drivers not to issue challan in future and laughingly said, ‘Be careful from now on, no one else will come and pay the money. Suddenly I have become the favorite of this city.
