Why do earthquakes occur, what is the reason?
There are 7 tectonic plates in the earth. These plates keep rotating in their areas. In such a situation, these plates collide with a fault line while rotating. This creates friction and releases energy. In such a situation, this energy finds a way out, which is why it shocks the earth in the form of an earthquake.
