Gujarati cinema’s superhit film ‘Lalo-Krishna Sada Sahayate’ is now ready to come on OTT. After making huge money in the theatre, now this film will reach the audience sitting at home. Made with a budget of only Rs 50 lakh, this film created history by collecting more than Rs 100 crore at the box office. Now the makers have also confirmed its digital release date. This film will be streamed on Sony Liv from March 6, 2026, and will be released in Gujarati language. However, it is expected that the film will also be available in Hindi version on the platform.
Lord Krishna saved Lalo’s life
The story of the film revolves around an auto-rickshaw driver named Lilo i.e. Lalo, played by Shruhad Goswami. Lalo is a man immersed in his past wrong decisions and regrets. He is struggling with depression and has gradually become a victim of alcohol addiction. One day, disappointed with life, Lalo gets trapped in a deserted farmhouse in order to earn quick money. There he becomes completely alone.
Amidst this loneliness, he starts having visions of Lord Krishna, who shows him the way out of his fears, guilt and weaknesses. The memory of his wife Tulsi and daughter remains in Lalo’s every thought. The character of Tulsi is played by Reeva Rach. Through divine glimpses of Lord Krishna, Lalo confronts his past and slowly tries to change himself.

When was the film released?
Director Ankit Sakhiya had said that this story has been very personal and emotional for him. The film was released in theaters on 10 October 2025 and gradually became popular among the audience. Its Hindi version was also released on January 9, 2026, which further increased its reach. By joining the Rs 100 crore club in just 51 days, it created a new record in Gujarati cinema and left behind the previous big hits. Now with the OTT release, this spiritual and emotional story is going to reach the audience across the country.
