IPL 2026 season is bringing with it a new adventure, in which along with the veterans, some new stars are ready to shine. The new season is going to start from March 28 and like every time, in 2026 too, some international stars are going to play their first match in the Indian Premier League. Pathum Nissanka
In the last 3-4 years, Pathum Nissanka has emerged as one of the most reliable batsmen of Sri Lanka. He will play for Delhi Capitals in IPL 2026. Delhi team had bought him in mini auction by bidding Rs 4 crore.
finn allen
New Zealand’s ace batsman Finn Allen, who scored a century in just 33 balls in the T20 World Cup 2026. He will play for Kolkata Knight Riders, who had made a bid of Rs 2 crore for him. Allen has been a part of RCB squad before, but never got the opportunity to debut.
ben duckett
England opening batsman Ben Duckett will also play for Delhi Capitals. Delhi had bought him in the auction for Rs 2 crore. Ben Duckett has so far scored 5,397 runs in his T20 career of 217 matches. His strike rate is also above 140.
Blessing Muzarabani
Zimbabwe’s 6 and a half feet tall bowler Blessing Muzarabani will play for Kolkata Knight Riders. KKR has included him in its team as a replacement for Mustafizur Rahman. Muzarabani is coming with a total of 13 wickets in T20 World Cup 2026.
Allah Ghazanfar
19-year-old Afghanistan bowler Allah Ghazanfar, known as the mystery spinner, was bought by Mumbai Indians in the auction for Rs 4.80 crore. He has taken 77 wickets in his T20 career of 63 matches so far and he is especially adept at controlling the run rate.

25-year-old young Australian all-rounder Jack Edwards will play for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2026. SRH had made a huge bid of Rs 3 crore for him in the auction. Edwards has scored 853 runs in his T20 career and has also taken 52 wickets as a medium pace bowler.
jacob duffy
New Zealand fast bowler Jacob Duffy has left his mark on international T20 cricket in the last two years. He was bought by RCB with a bid of Rs 2 crore. Last year, Duffy played 21 matches in International T20 cricket and took 35 wickets.
