M&M Q3 Results: Auto giant Mahindra & Mahindra announced strong third quarter results for FY26. The company’s net profit increased by 33% to Rs 3,931 crore. Revenue from operations increased by 26% to Rs 38,942 crore. Good growth was seen in automobile and farm sectors. Services business also contributed significantly to the better performance.

India’s leading automaker M&M on Wednesday reported 33% year-on-year (YoY) rise in standalone net profit for Q3FY26 at Rs 3,931 crore. The company had posted a profit of Rs 2,964 crore in the same quarter last year.
M&M said in a regulatory filing that the company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 38,942 crore, up 26% from Rs 30,964 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
EBITDA rose 19% year-on-year to Rs 5,717 crore in the December quarter from Rs 4,810 crore a year ago.
If we look at segment-wise business…
- Automobile business reported quarterly volume of 302k units including LMM and MEAL sales, showing a growth of 23%, while UV volume stood at 179k units.
- Q3 SUV revenue market share increased 90 bps to 24.1%. Consolidated revenue for the segment grew 30% to Rs 30,370 crore, while consolidated PAT grew 42% to Rs 1,993 crore.
- The tractor segment had a 44% market share in Q3, while volumes grew by 23% to 150 thousand units. Standalone PBIT grew 41% to Rs 2,061 crore, while margins expanded 240 bps to 20.5%.
- The services portfolio delivered a mixed but better performance, with MMFSL’s AUM growing 12% and PAT growing 97%.
- Tech Mahindra recorded EBIT margin of 13.1%, up 290 bps.
- Mahindra Lifespaces’ PAT grew 5x with residential pre-sales at Rs 572 crore, up 71%.
- Club Mahindra’s room inventory rose 6%, and Mahindra Logistics reported revenue up 19% to Rs 1,898 crore, helping the company return to profit after 11 quarters.
