In the information given to the exchange, the company said that due to the ongoing geo-political developments in the global energy market, some gas suppliers have reduced the supply, which has affected the gas supply to the company’s industrial and commercial (I&C) customers. The company said that due to this situation the gas supply to industrial and commercial customers has been affected.
The company also informed that the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has directed to give priority to the Domestic Piped Natural Gas (DPNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) sectors under the Natural Gas (Supply Regulation) Order, 2026 issued on March 9, 2026. Along with this, it has been advised to cut gas supply to industrial and commercial customers.
