The video was created using Chinese AI platform ByteDance’s SeaDance 2.0 model, which has previously created highly realistic fake videos, including videos of stars like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt. After this incident, the debate about AI in the film industry has intensified – some people are considering it as the development of cinema, while some are calling it a threat, especially to small workers.
