Shahid Kapoor, Trupti Dimri and Avinash Tiwari’s romantic-action drama film ‘O Romeo’ has been released in theaters today i.e. on 13th February. Earlier there was a controversy regarding the story of the film and the matter had reached the court, but the court approved the release of the film by saying that the story was not inspired by Hussain Ustra. Now on the day of release, Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput Kapoor has showered love on her real Romeo.

Shahid Kapoor is playing the lead role in the film releasing on Valentine’s Week, and on the day of its release, Mira Kapoor has written a wonderful note for her husband and also wished him all the best for the film. Posting romantic photos of herself and Shahid, Mira wrote, ‘My Romeo, when he asks, ‘Am I or am I not?’, remember, you are you and you are the one who is hardworking, extremely talented and whose eyes say everything without saying anything, and whose heart always tries to make everything right because the one who holds you is the light. It is clear from the post that Mira has a lot of expectations from both Shahid and the film because in the year 2019, the actor created a stir at the box office with the film ‘Kabir Singh’, but all the subsequent films were average. Now ‘O Romeo’ is ready to be experienced in theatres. The advance booking of the first day of the film has been excellent and if media reports are to be believed, the film has done a business of Rs 1.42 crore till 11th February.
According to the report of industry tracker SACNILC, about 16,226 tickets of 3,449 shows to be held in India have been sold till January 11. Advance booking of the film is happening continuously. Maximum tickets are being sold in Delhi-NCR. It is believed that the film can have a big opening on the first day. If we talk about the film, the film revolves around a romantic and action-packed story, in which Shahid Kapoor is seen in a very ferocious style. The film can give ‘Kabir Singh’ vibes to the audience.
