The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has received No Objection Certificate (NOC) from market regulator SEBI for its Initial Public Offering (IPO). With this, the possibility of NSE’s long pending IPO opening soon has increased. After receiving NOC from SEBI, NSE can now move towards filing the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). It is believed that after completion of all the regulatory formalities, NSE’s IPO may hit the market soon, on which the eyes of investors are fixed.
