South’s popular actress Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Shivan have bought a luxury duplex apartment in Poes Garden, a posh area of Chennai. According to the report, this apartment is in a residential project named ‘Legacy’ built in Teynampet area of Chennai. It is built on the fourth and fifth floors of the duplex building.
How much is the price?
The price of this property is said to be around Rs 31.5 crore. According to the documents of this deal, the super built-up area of the duplex apartment is 14,369 square feet. Along with this, 5,308 square feet garden area is also included. According to the total deal price, the price per square foot comes to around Rs 21,946. It is being told that the deal for this property was registered on 15 December 2025.
Vignesh Shivan has 10 percent stake in the property.
This property is in the name of both Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan. Nayanthara holds 90 percent stake, while Vignesh Shivan holds 10 percent. Vignesh’s official name is written in the document as Vigneshwar Shivakolundu. This luxury residence also includes eight covered parking spaces in the stilt area of the building.

Earlier this film was to be released at the box office on March 19 along with ‘Dhurandhar 2’, but now it will be released on June 4. The film has been directed by Geetu Mohandas.
