According to expert Harish, the technical indicators (RSI) of Nifty and Bank Nifty had gone below 30, which meant that there will be less selling in the market and buying will return. Giving a special hint for tomorrow, he said that now a bounce of up to 23,700 can be seen in Nifty. At the same time, for Bank Nifty the level of 53,000 has become a strong support like a stone line. If Bank Nifty crosses the level of 55,000 tomorrow, the market may rise further. The way big stocks like HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank handled the market today, the same may continue tomorrow also.
From the fundamental point of view, Nandish drew attention to global uncertainties and crude oil prices and said that the real direction of the Indian market will be decided by the prices of crude oil. If crude falls around or below $90, it will be a lifeline for the Indian markets.
However, he also warned that even though the market closed in the green today, selling by FIIs and global tensions are still intact. Therefore, investors should avoid creating huge ‘short positions’ for the time being and place bets only on those stocks which have remained strong despite the market decline.
Overall, experts’ outlook for Tuesday’s market is ‘Cautious Positive’. If Nifty maintains today’s gains in the early hours of tomorrow, it may move towards 23,700. But the advice of experts is to keep a ‘stop loss’ before any investment.
