BJP is preparing to strengthen itself afresh before the coming political era. According to party sources, the process of change is being started at both the organization and government levels before Nitin Naveen becomes the BJP president and before the completion of two years of the Modi 3.0 government.

Preparation to bring forward the new generation in the organization
Party sources say that BJP’s national organization team will be reorganized soon. Special place will be given to young leaders in this. Most of the new office bearers may be below 55 years of age. New faces will be brought from the states and they will be given important responsibilities at the national level.

Eye on 2029 Lok Sabha elections
This change is being made keeping in mind the 2029 Lok Sabha elections. According to a report in Economics Times, the aim of the party is to strengthen the organization, increase the activism of the workers and make the political message clear and effective. In the new team, priority will be given to such leaders who are associated with the party ideology and who have a background in the Sangh. However, some leaders can also be included from outside.

Review of the functioning of the Council of Ministers
According to sources, the work and responsibilities of ministers in the central government are also being reviewed. There have not been many changes in the current Council of Ministers since 2021. Many ministers are handling two departments each and some are in the last stages of their political career. After the formation of the new organizational team, the ground can be prepared for changes in the Council of Ministers also.

Possible changes in BJP ruled states also
Changes are being considered according to the situation in party ruled states also. There is a discussion going on on social balance in Uttar Pradesh, which also includes the talk of giving big responsibility to a Dalit leader. Cabinet changes are being considered in Bihar and Rajasthan, while efforts are on to finalize government formation in Manipur.

Keep an eye on Rajya Sabha seats also
More than 70 seats of Rajya Sabha will be vacant in the coming one year. Of these, about 30 BJP MPs are retiring. The party hopes that it can win at least 33 seats. These names will be selected keeping in mind the needs of the organization, administrative experience and social equation.
