After the controversy escalated, the makers have made this song private on YouTube. The film music has been composed by Arjun Janya.

Ever since this song of Nora Fatehi was released on YouTube, there is controversy regarding it on social media. People were criticizing the makers for vulgar lyrics and visuals. Since its release, users were demanding a ban on this song. Delhi High Court lawyer Vineet Jindal also sent a complaint to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. In the complaint, he demanded a ban on the alleged obscene song of the film and its removal. Now this song is not visible on YouTube. Only the Hindi version of the song has been removed. The videos of the remaining version’s songs are currently available on YouTube.

Nora Fatehi has danced in this song. She is seen wearing lehenga-choli and she is seen dropping her pallu during the dance steps.

Lyricist gave clarification

Lyricist Rakib Alam apologized after the controversy escalated. He wrote on social media – Whatever controversy there is regarding the song, I want to say something on it. I consider it important to clarify that every word of the song has been written by the director of the film. This is a translation of the original Kannada lyrics. I have only translated the original lyrics. But still, if anyone has been hurt by the lyrics of the song, then I express my regret for that. It was not my intention to hurt anyone.
