According to officials, taking the threat seriously, the cyber team is finding out the account and location of the person who posted this.
Security of temple premises increased
Puri Police immediately deployed additional police force in the temple and surrounding areas. Security checks at entry gates have been tightened. Every visiting devotee is being checked with the help of metal detectors and CCTV cameras. The deployment of bomb squad and dog squad has also been increased around the temple so that immediate action can be taken on any suspicious object or activity.
Jagannath Temple was built in the twelfth century and is the center of faith for crores of devotees coming from India and abroad. In such a situation, any kind of threat cannot be taken lightly. The temple administration has said that devotees can visit without fear, as all safety measures have been taken.
