In such a situation, people are using dating apps for jobs, referrals and interviews. Now people are searching on dating apps for those people who can get them the job of their dreams. It may sound strange, but many people have achieved success in this way.
Dating apps are being used to make career
According to a recent report, one in every three dating app users has used Tinder, Bumble and Hinge etc. to search for jobs. This change has come at a time when competition in the job market has increased and due to AI, uncertainty among people about their future is increasing. Some people involved in the survey conducted in America said that the new method has proved effective for them and they have been able to meet such people who can help them in getting a job. 39 percent of the people who participated in the survey said that they have arranged interviews through dating apps, while 37 percent have even received job offers through this method.
Why are people looking for jobs on dating apps?
42 percent of the people surveyed said that it has become difficult to find jobs on other platforms. Online job portals are already crowded with job seekers and other recruiters have also started using AI tools for screening, due to which their resumes get buried somewhere in the system. On the other hand, on dating apps they get a chance to have one-to-one contact with people who can help them in their career.
