Amidst the war raging in the Middle East, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday (April 2) made a big attack on Pakistan without naming it. The Defense Minister, who came to campaign for the Kerala Assembly elections, said that in the situation India’s neighbor is in these days, anyone can do ‘wrong things’. Rajnath Singh warned that if it dared to do so, India’s action would be unprecedented and decisive.
‘There is no fuel-gas crisis in India’
During this, Rajnath Singh also said that there is no crisis of fuel or gas in the country. He said, India is ready to deal with any energy crisis. Rajnath Singh said, Indian Navy is bringing the tankers safely from the Strait of Hormuz. Referring to the efforts taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this regard, he said, the Prime Minister is using diplomatic skills to protect the interests of India.
‘Strong attack on terrorism’
The Defense Minister said, in the last 11 years, whether it is about internal security or protection from external enemies, the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi has strengthened national security. He said, if we talk only about terrorism, then remember how the situation was during the Congress government? Everyday there used to be terrorist incidents at some place or the other in the country or bomb blasts in cities, but ever since the NDA government has been formed, terrorist incidents have not only been curbed, but we have also taken decisive action against terrorism.
Mention of ‘Operation Sindoor’
Referring to the efforts taken by the government against terrorism, he said, ‘Whether it is the surgical strike after the ‘Uri attack’, the air strike after ‘Pulwama’ or the recent ‘Operation Sindoor’ after the ‘Pahalgam’ incident, we have struck a powerful blow against terrorism.’ He said, ‘After the terrorist incident in Pahalgam, Indian soldiers had brought Pakistan to its knees in just 22 minutes during ‘Operation Sindoor’. This was the biggest operation ever conducted against terrorism in the Indian military history.
