Doctor: What is the tractor game?
Pankaj Tripathi first wanted to become a doctor but became an actor. After this he also wanted to buy a tractor. But even he could not buy it. Pankaj says for this that even if he could not become a doctor or buy a tractor, he became an actor, here’s the truth.
How did you get your first chance?
Pankaj Tripathi told that he first worked in a village drama. It was only after this that he became interested in acting. He did a play in the village in which he was playing the character of a woman. There was a lot of discussion about this character in his village. After this, he earned his living by working in hotels etc. for some time. After this he joined theater and started doing plays. Only after this he also entered Bollywood.
How much struggle had to be done in Mumbai
Even after coming to Mumbai, Pankaj Tripathi does not consider his struggle as a struggle. He said, ‘I don’t know if you call waiting a struggle. I was never worried about what would happen if it doesn’t happen. Wife taught in a school in Bombay, our needs were very small. It never happened that we had any problem in food, we were living well, had a small house, we had a bike. Now I am the ambassador of that bike. Take good care of the child. Used to rotate’.
There were challenges but no worries
Talking about his struggle, Pankaj further said, ‘Yes, there were challenges as to when will I get the opportunity, in how much time will I get it. My dreams were also small. I didn’t want any luxury. My dreams were small, a small car, a small house, I had achieved them long ago. I never wanted for material comforts’.
What dreams do you want to fulfill in the coming time?
Pankaj Tripathi, who leads an ordinary life, told about his dreams, ‘I don’t know, it means that I have become successful, now I have to be meaningful. Society has given us a lot, now we have to think about what we can give to the society. Yes, but there is no need to go into politics for this. But something has to be done for the society.
