Paras Defense and Space Technologies Ltd has informed after the close of the stock market on Friday, 27 February 2026 that it has announced the formation of its new subsidiary company Paras Semiconductors Private Limited, entering India’s rapidly expanding semiconductor ecosystem. The company said in its exchange filing that the new entity was formed in India on February 27, 2026. Paras Defense and Space Technologies Ltd (PARAS) will act as the holding company, and Paras Semiconductors Pvt Ltd will become its subsidiary, the exchange filing said.
