PM Modi Visit: BJP’s big preparations for the target of 100 seats in Assam, PM Modi will hold a meeting in Guwahati

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has geared up for the upcoming assembly elections in Assam. The party has set a target of winning 100 seats in the state and keeping this in mind, preparations are being made on a large scale at the grassroots level. An important part of this strategy is to strengthen the booth level workers.

In this sequence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Guwahati on Saturday (14 February 2026). During this, he will address a huge conference of booth level workers of the state. About 1 lakh booth workers are likely to participate in this conference. The party believes that the presence of such a large number of workers will give new energy to the organization.

Booth workers are the biggest strength of the party – BJP

BJP leadership clearly says that booth workers are the biggest strength of the party. These workers who have direct contact with the voters lay the foundation of victory in the elections. The objective of the conference is to energize the workers, further strengthen the organization and clearly convey the election strategy to the ground. Along with this, the party has also given responsibility to migrant workers at the assembly level. These workers are going to different areas and meeting people and conveying information about the political situation there, public opinion and local issues to the party leadership. On the basis of this feedback, BJP is deciding its future election strategy.

Amit Shah’s visit to Assam

BJP’s preparations have not stopped here. Home Minister Amit Shah had recently visited Assam. During this, he held a meeting with the core group leaders of the party and discussed the election strategy. According to sources, Amit Shah may visit Assam once again on 21 February. During this tour, he will again meet party leaders and take feedback on the preparations made so far and the ground situation. BJP is moving forward in Assam with a strong strategy at all three levels – organization, workers and leadership. The frequent visits of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister indicate that the party is very serious about this election and does not want to leave any stone unturned.
