Priyadarshan and Lissy will not marry again
In a conversation with Mid Day, Priyadarshan had told that he and Lissie have been living together again for some time. However, both of them have not made any plans to marry again. Priyadarshan said that leaving aside the marriage papers, they are living together as before. That means for them now the relationship is more about mutual understanding, friendship and companionship than any bond. It is being told that his children, actress Kalyani Priyadarshan and son Siddharth have played a big role in this decision. According to people close to the family, this decision was taken about six to eight months ago. His close ones are also very happy with this step.
They separated because of ego
If we talk about their relationship, Priyadarshan and Lissy got married in the year 1990 and lived together for about 24 years. After this, in 2014 they decided to separate and their divorce was completed in 2016. Lissie told the media in a statement that their separation had been difficult and stressful, which at times included legal battles. At the same time, Priyadarshan had admitted that ‘Ego’ became a major reason in their relationship, due to which the relationship broke. However, with time, both of them have left the old things behind and have decided to live together again without any strings attached.
