Rain has dealt a huge blow to Australia in the 2026 T20 World Cup. Due to continuous rain, the match between Zimbabwe and Ireland has been canceled without toss. With this, Zimbabwe team has qualified for the Super-8, and Australia is out of the league stage of the 2026 T20 World Cup. This is the first time since the 2009 T20 World Cup that the Australian team has been out of the tournament at the league stage itself.

If the Pakistan team loses its last league match then it will also be out of the tournament.
