Ranveer Singh got into legal trouble by mimicking the divine scene of ‘Kantara 2’, now approached Karnataka HC

On one hand, Ranveer Singh is enjoying the success of the film Dhurandhar. On the other hand, he is also embroiled in controversies regarding the film Kantara: Chapter 1. Actually, in an event, Ranveer Singh had mimicked the Daiva scene of Kantara 2. After this he came into a lot of controversies. An FIR was also registered against him. Now Ranveer Singh has approached the Karnataka High Court in this matter. Ranveer Singh has filed an application in the Karnataka High Court to cancel the FIR against him.

Ranveer Singh was just praising
According to Times of India, Ranveer Singh’s legal representative went to Karnataka High Court. He said that Ranveer had no intention of insulting anyone. The actor was only praising Rishabh Shetty’s excellent performance. Along with this, he was praising the story telling style of his film.

He said that Ranveer was praising Rishabh Shetty which was seen in a wrong way. He said- Praising Ranveer was seen as a criminal act.

Let us tell you that this incident took place on 28 November 2025. When he was praising the work of Rishabh Shetty at the 56th International Film Festival of India held in Goa. During this time, he also praised the Daiva scene of Kantara 2.

Talking about Ranveer Singh’s work, he was last seen in the film Dhurandhar. This film was made by Aditya Dhar. Aditya’s acting in the film was liked a lot. This film of Ranveer earned record break. The film had stars like Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshay Khanna, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun.

Now the second part of the film is also about to come. The second part will be released on March 19. The film is going to clash with Yash’s Toxic.
