Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) has once again announced a big purchase. Reliance Consumer has informed about purchasing maximum stake in Australian company Goodness Group Global Pty Ltd (GGG). With this purchase, Reliance has entered the Australian consumer goods market and has taken a big step towards strengthening its health-focused FMCG portfolio globally. The company said in a statement on Saturday that the deal will give it access to Goodness Group Global’s ‘better-for-you’ beverage brands – Nexba and PACE, with PACE created in collaboration with Australian cricketer Pat Cummins. Under this partnership, RCPL will help these brands expand into new markets including India.
