SEBI Closing Auction Session, CAS: Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has decided to introduce Closing Auction Session (CAS) in the equity cash segment. This is a new framework that will make the discovery of closing prices more transparent and robust. SEBI said in its circular that CAS will be implemented in a phased manner.
