Sensex recorded a rise of more than 500 points, while Nifty was seen reaching near the level of 23,550. The stock market remained green even till 3 o’clock in the day and some recovery was seen. Benchmark index Sensex was seen at the level of 76,023.13 with a rise of +520.28. Nifty was seen trading at 23,565.40.
There was buying trend in the market throughout the session, where Auto, Metal and Financial sectors played a major role. Strong rise in metal and media stocks reflected the ‘risk-on’ mood of the market, while banking and private banking stocks maintained balance. On the other hand, weakness was seen in IT, FMCG and PSU bank shares, which limited the pace of rally. Despite this, the overall trend of the market remained positive and balanced.

Now, showing good recovery throughout the day, the stock market also closed in the green at the end of the day. The 30-share BSE Sensex closed at 76,070.84 with a rise of +567.99 points or +0.75%. Whereas NSE Nifty of 50 shares closed at 23,581.15 with a recovery of 172.35 points or 0.74%.
Asian markets boom
On Tuesday, a bullish atmosphere was also seen in Asian markets. The overnight rise in Wall Street has also affected Asian markets. Japan’s Nikkei 225 rose about 0.75%, while the Topix index was up more than 1%. South Korea’s Kospi index jumped about 2.94% and the Kosdaq gained about 1.53%. At the same time, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index futures are also indicating a strong start.
