A shocking incident has come to light on Tuesday (January 27, 2026) in Srinivas Nagar of Khairatabad area of Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, where a stray dog suddenly attacked a three-year-old innocent girl playing outside her house. The victim girl has been identified as Sharvi, who has been immediately admitted to Rainbow Hospital in Banjara Hills, where her condition is now said to be stable. This heart-wrenching incident has been captured in the CCTV camera, seeing which anyone’s soul would tremble.
The CCTV footage of the incident clearly shows that Sharvi was playing in a safe environment in front of her house. Just then, suddenly a stray dog arrived there and without any provocation pounced on him. It can be seen in the footage that the dog tries to catch the girl in its paws and makes her fall on the ground. The attack was so sudden and fast that the little girl did not understand what was happening. Hearing the noise, the neighbors and family members, after a lot of effort, chased away the dog and saved the girl.

Sharvi has many serious injuries on her body, doctor said – she is out of danger

Police have taken information of the case and have started investigation for further legal process. This incident has come as a warning to all those parents who leave their children to play without supervision.
