Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi once again refused to read his speech in the Assembly and walked out of the House without addressing. This was the first day of the first session of the year. When the proceedings began, Speaker M Appavu asked the Governor to follow the rules and read only the speech prepared by the government.
The Speaker said that only MLAs can give opinion in the House, no one else. On this, Governor Ravi said that it is unfortunate that my speech was stopped midway. I am disappointed. The national anthem was not given due respect. After this he went out of the house.
