Tamil Nadu: North Indian workers attacked in Tiruvallur! They entered the shop and attacked him, they were harassing him for months.

Tamil Nadu News: Worrying news has emerged from Prithvi Nagar near Gummidipoondi in Tiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. Here, North Indian laborers working in a vegetable shop were being continuously harassed. In the latest incident, some youths beat a laborer so much that he became drenched in blood. After the video of the incident surfaced, sensation has spread in the entire area.

More than 10 North Indian laborers work

Mastan Babu and his wife Kavita have been running a vegetable shop in Prithvi Nagar for the last one year. More than 10 North Indian laborers work with him. All these laborers live and work here in the shop premises.

According to local people, soon after the opening of the shop, some youth of the area started deliberately harassing these workers. North Indian laborers used to quietly go about their work, but their calm nature made them an easy target for local miscreants.

Bullying did not stop even after installing cameras

Fed up with the continuous incidents of fights and assaults, the shop owner installed CCTV cameras in the shop, but even after this the incidents did not stop. In the latest incident, some youth came to the shop on the pretext of buying vegetables and suddenly attacked a North Indian labourer. The worker was badly injured and drenched in blood.

This entire incident was captured in CCTV camera and as soon as the video went viral on the internet, it became a topic of discussion in the area. Local people say that some people are engaged in spoiling the environment against these laborers due to business competition. Such incidents were increasing for the last few months, but no concrete action was taken. Now that the video has surfaced, people have demanded the police to take strict action so that such incidents can be stopped and workers can work without fear.
