Telangana High Court: Big relief to Group-1 candidates in Telangana High Court, canceled rank list restored, Division Bench overturned the decision

Giving a big relief to the candidates of Group-1, the Division Bench of Telangana High Court has rejected the order of the Single Bench in which it had canceled the General Ranking List of Group-1. During the hearing in Hyderabad on Thursday, Chief Justice A. Devineni and Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy’s bench gave this important decision, due to which happiness has returned on the faces of thousands of candidates. Hearing the petitions of Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) and selected candidates, the court has restored the rank list, as the decision of the single bench was not considered in the interest of the candidates.

When this decision was announced in the court, there was a wave of happiness among the candidates present. In fact, earlier the single bench had canceled the entire rank list citing alleged errors in the exam question paper and procedural flaws. After this decision, the future of the youth who got jobs had gone into darkness, but the Division Bench, while giving its reserved decision on Tuesday, said that it was not appropriate to cancel the entire process. The court said that justice should be done to the candidates who have passed the examination by working hard.
