This decision was taken in a high-level meeting of the party held on Wednesday (January 28, 2026) evening. During this, Telangana State President of AIFB Javed Latif and Vice President K. Butchi Reddy formally announced this alliance to Kavitha. This is not just an electoral coordination, but both the organizations have decided to work together in future also. While discussing in detail in the meeting, a strategy was made regarding the party candidates in the municipal elections.

In this important meeting, AIFB convenor Joji Reddy, Central Committee member R. V.R. Many senior leaders including Prasad, Tej Deep Reddy and Konda Dayanand were present. IYL State President Aditya and General Secretary Krishnamurthy also participated. On behalf of Jagriti, Finance Secretary K. Narendra and principal secretaries of various districts also expressed support for this cooperation.

This development is also important because Telangana Jagriti is generally known as a cultural and social organization, but now it will directly enter the electoral arena and demonstrate its political strength.
