South superstar Prabhas’ horror-comedy film ‘The Raja Saab’ will hit the theaters on January 9. Fans are very excited about this film made under the direction of Maruti. After releasing in theatres, ‘The Raja Saab’ will also be released on OTT. The OTT deal of this Prabhas starrer film has been done, under which the OTT rights of the film have been sold for crores.
According to the report of 123 Telugu, the OTT deal was signed a month before the release of ‘The Raja Saab’. Jio Hotstar has bought the digital rights of Prabhas’ horror-fantasy film. That means after the theatrical release the film will be streamed on Jio Hotstar. If reports are to be believed, Jio Hotstar has paid Rs 160 crore for the digital rights of ‘The Raja Saab’.
Star cast fees of ‘The Raja Saab’
- Sanjay Dutt will be seen in an important role with Prabhas in ‘The Raja Saab’. Malivka Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Nidhi Agarwal, Zarina Wahab and Boman Irani are in important roles in the film.
- The budget of the film is said to be Rs 400 to 500 crores. Actually, Prabhas charges Rs 150 crore for one of his films. But according to Times Now, Prabhas has charged Rs 100 crore as fees for ‘The Raja Saab’.
- The film’s director Maruti has been given Rs 18 crore as fee. Sanjay Dutt has charged Rs 5 crore, Malvika Mohanan has charged Rs 2 crore and Nidhi Agarwal has charged Rs 1.5 crore.
- Whereas Riddhi Kumar and Boman Irani have charged Rs 1 crore for their roles. Brahmandam is also a part of the film and has taken Rs 80 lakh for his role.
