After the opening of the airport, there will be movement of thousands of passengers every day, in such a situation it is necessary for every system to be completely fine. For this reason, some processes are taking time due to which the inauguration date is getting pushed forward.

Noida International Airport has been developed as a greenfield airport. This airport is based on modern security standards, where CCTV surveillance, smart surveillance system, biometric access, fire alarm, emergency alert system and state-of-the-art scanning machines have been installed.

According to Rakesh Kumar Singh, CEO of Yamuna Authority and airport official, the airport is completely ready and now only the final approvals and formalities are awaited. The date of inauguration will be decided by the Prime Minister’s Office as soon as the green signal is received from DGCA and security agencies. The airport will be inaugurated soon after that.
However, there will be no compromise on safety and quality.
