Discussions have intensified regarding the marriage of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna. New reports are claiming that both of them can get married by the end of February this year. It is being told that a private function has been organized in a palace in Udaipur on 26th February, where close family and friends will attend.
There will be a grand reception in Hyderabad
After the wedding in Udaipur, the couple is planning to throw a grand reception in Hyderabad in March. According to reports, this event will be organized on March 4 in a big convention center of the city. Many big stars of South Film Industry and selected Bollywood actors can participate on this occasion.
It is being said that Vijay himself has given a wedding invitation to Revanth Reddy. The guest list will include big actors, directors and producers. According to sources, Vijay’s close friends including director Sandeep Reddy Vanga may also be a part of the ceremony.
Secret engagement?
Reports are also claiming that both of them got quietly engaged in October 2025. However, till now Vijay and Rashmika have not publicly confirmed these reports. While the reception is expected to be grand, the wedding ceremony will be kept small and private. The palace of Udaipur is being decorated with simplicity and royal style, but complete secrecy is being maintained regarding the theme and decoration.
Rejected offer of Rs 60 crore
According to reports, a big streaming platform had offered Rs 60 crore for the exclusive rights of the wedding, so that it could be shown as a special event. But Vijay and Rashmika rejected this offer. Talking about the work front, Vijay was recently seen in the film Kingdom, which received mixed responses. Rashmika’s previous film was The Girlfriend.
