Due to AI, the threat to people’s jobs is continuously increasing. Millions of people around the world have already lost their jobs and big companies like Amazon are continuously laying off their employees while focusing on AI. Amidst all this, a new information has come to light, which shows to what extent this trend can go. In Florida, America, a man is running his company without any human being and all the work from data management to HR and supply chain to communication is being looked after by AI agents.
15 AI agents do all the work of the company
Florida defense-tech entrepreneur Aaron Sneed is running his entire company with the help of 15 AI agents. He told that this has reduced his cost and the work is also completed quickly. In an interview with Business Insider, Sneed said that I have formed a council. There are 15 AI agents in it and each one has been given a specific task. To manage all this, there is a Chief of Staff agent, who prioritizes the tasks. There is also a meeting of this council, where documents and proposals are reviewed so that mistakes can be removed from them.
AI agents have been given special training
Sneed has been working on autonomous platforms for many years. He said that he is using ChatGPT’s business platform and Nvidia’s hardware. They have trained AI agents in such a way that they not only follow instructions, but also challenge the idea and analyze the proposal and give feedback.
Sneed still does not have full confidence in AI
Relying entirely on AI agents, Sneed still does not have full confidence in this technology. He believes that AI cannot completely replace humans. Giving an example, he said that his legal agent can draft documents and process data, but only a human lawyer can take the necessary decisions based on it. Even if the agents are absolutely fine, they cannot match the human context and experience.
